How to unsubscribe without logout ?

The lib node-ig-api have the subscriber :

lsClient.subscribe(subscription);

Where is the unsubscribe ?

Did you try to create your own function inside node-ig-api/index.js ?

unsubscribe() {  
    lsClient.unsubscribe(subscription);  
    lsClient.closeConnection();  
}

Don't forget to export it at the end of the file.
