The character `ĳ` is too wide in Mona Sans Mono

In Mona Sans Mono, the character `ĳ` appears to be about twice as wide as other characters.
Since Mona Sans Mono is a monospaced font, `ĳ` should occupy the same advance width as the other glyphs.
