Updates documentation

Updates the documentation to reflect the correct fullscreen toggle shortcut, adds information about the Markdown preview feature and documents that rebase operations can be undone.

The full-screen toggle shortcut is now platform-specific. A new Markdown preview feature is now included. Undoing now supports more actions.
