Limited support for curated ruleset actions

The only current endpoint supported for curated rulesets is:

• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.batchUpdate

I propose adding support for the following endpoints for curated rulesets:

• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.patch
• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.get
• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.list
• curatedRuleSetCategories.get
• curatedRuleSetCategories.list
• curatedRules.get
• curatedRules.list

• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.list
• curatedRuleSetCategories.curatedRuleSets.curatedRuleSetDeployments.get
