rsa is archived/deprecated

https://github.com/sybrenstuvel/python-rsa it mentions, that rsa, since this year, is archived/unmaintained.

This as a result also means there will be no support for e.g. Python 3.13 from rsa.
It seems prudent to me to replace rsa ASAP.

We released a build at 3.0.0.dev0 if you want to use the version with rsa removed immediately
