Expanding the description field causes data to "shift"

Description
If you expand the description column within a Decision table, the data within the row shifts to the right when you click into the description field within a row. This appears to be a visual artifact only. If you close the Decision table and then open it again... the data is where it should be.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Decision table on the canvas
2. Ensure at least 1 row has been added to the Decision table
3. Adjust the Description column to be 2x wider
4. Click into the Description field
5. Observe that data within the row is shifted to the right by 1 column
