React joyride on the homepage

We're going to use a framework called react-joyride to do our product tour.

1. First, we need to add it as a dependency to our client/ directory
2. Next, let's try and get something basic up for the homepage (steps specified here). Some of the joyride docs are kind of old and require class components, so I've found a walkthrough here that may be helpful.

No need to worry about styling yet. We kind of just want a proof of concept to make sure this can work.
