[BUG]: Passwort limit 12 on password change

### Description

For some unknown reason there is a password length limit of 12 enforced on the password change form (for new and repeat input field). 
This should be removed. 

Technically, there is currently a limit due to the 72 limit of bcrypt, but the actual limit then would depend on the pepper and salt.
