Remove wordcloud and other visualization code

Remove the following with their associated tests and documentation to new hed-vis repository.
   - tag_word_cloud
   - word_cloud_util
   - sequence_map

These have graphics requirements which don't always support the latest versions of Python.  This will allow hed-python to have mainly core python repositories. It will also allow additional development independently of hed-python
