Sonic Frontiers Not Detected in custom Steam Library Location on Linux

HMM 8.0.0 Beta 4 Flatpak does not detect Sonic Frontiers with my configuration.

The configuration in question:

• HARDWARE:

  • CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
  • RAM: 64GB Corsair
  • GPU: RX 6700XT
  • DRIVE #: 4

• SOFTWARE:

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • DE: KDE Plasma
  • FILESYSTEM: EXT4

-NOTES:
- custom Steam library location located on separate disk from Steam binary location
- SxS Gens is in the same custom folder as frontiers, but is detected

There is a known issue with recently installed/moved games, have you restarted Steam since it has last been installed/moved?

I just restarted my PC. This did not solve the issue.
