What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected to see most recent SMS, since it backs up properly to gmail, but it
doesn't restore SMS after july 2013.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android, sms backup+ 1.5.9
