Remove "Contributing" section from PyPI description

We want to remove the "Contributing" section from the PyPI description to avoid confusion, since it's only relevant for people who are actually looking at the GitHub repo, not the PyPI page. We can probably do this pretty easily using https://github.com/hynek/hatch-fancy-pypi-readme.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue. I've forked the repo and will submit a PR using hatch-fancy-pypi-readme to exclude the Contributing section from the PyPI description. Working on it now!
