installation from PPA fail on modern ubuntu

installation from PPA at https://launchpad.net/~tkren/+archive/asp doesn't work out of the box due to no support for current distrbutions

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tkren/asp
(...)

one has to manually replace bionic with oneiric in apt sources file.
