Outdated section | 'What to do next' -> 'Test for Graceful Degradation'

The section: 'What to do next' -> 'Test for Graceful Degradation' mentions **Persona**. 

At first, I figured I missed something somewhere but after a quick google search I realized it was [a leftover from the first edition](http://www.obeythetestinggoat.com/plans-for-the-second-edition.html)

Solution could as simple as removing the section.
