run-task support

In reviewing the docs, I wasn't able to find if [listing](https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/devguide/using-tasks.html#list-tasks)/[running tasks](https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/devguide/using-tasks.html#run-tasks) is supported, and if so any examples of how to execute them.
