Add nearestStormDistance and nearestStormBearing

Since the recent updates to DarkSky.net two new data point are now available:

• nearestStormDistance
• nearestStormBearing

These should be returned using functions of the same name

I'm happy to add them myself, so this is a TODO as much as anything
