HA Upgrade to 2026.8.0 Broke/Duplicated LVA Entities

All, when I upgraded HA to 2026.8.0 today, all of my LVA's were negatively impacted.

So far, I have found that unplugging the LVA and then deleting the ESPHome and MQTT devices followed by re-registering the LVA has resolved the issue for me. I will post any thing that I find beyond that workaround.

Looks like 2026.8.0 removes grouping of devices by mac address. So now our ESPHome and MQTT entities are not shown in the same device page. There is a link to the MQTT or ESPHome controls to the left side of the device pages.
