PHP 8.2, fxmlrpc is blocking again

Same issue as #279 , but the fxmlrpc package hasn't been touched in nearly 2 years, so we're up to 8.2 now and fxmlrpc doesn't support versions later than 8.0 and PHP 8.0 support is ending soon.
