Update mkfiles.sh

Update mkfiles.sh

The current setting on the mkfiles.sh produce a network with negative reserves; therefore as epochs advance the treasury grows negatively.

With this change the network starts with positive Reserves of 7,399,988 ADA and a max supply of 10,000,000 ADA
