This feature allows users to post comments based on specific conditions, such as the status of the PR, the results of CI checks, or even labels applied to the PR. This can greatly reduce noise in PRs by ensuring that comments are only posted when relevant conditions are met.
Motivation
I have seen a lot unnecesary comments on the pr by bots which ultimately looks like a spam if pr goes long
