Add support for Extension functions in Kotlin for Helper classes

Basically add an additional function to allow us to extend off the existing classes for the Helper classes. This will allow us to not just require passing in a main object (activity, view, window etc) and will make it look a lot neater

We restore the original implementation in a "tmp" suffix class for now
