Deal with tag versions #10
Description
Sometime audio files have two versions of the tags: ID3 v1.x and ID3 v2.x. That confuses lyrion.
We need to add tooling around these versions. The most basic thing would be to have:
- a check that checks if an audio file have v1 tags
- a command to remove v1 tags
