npm publish failed, yet git push still occured

Not sure if this is a problem with this config, or a general problem with SR, but after npm publish had failed, I saw that release notes were still published to GitHub.

And it created a GitHub release also.

The failure came from the fact that I had no tags on git repo, and it tried to publish 1.0.0, while that version was already published on NPM.
