H266 RTSP and Yellowstone (NodeJS RTSP client)

Hi

Just wanted to say thank you for writing the H266 RTP Packetizer and making the RTSP Server example.

I wrote the SharpRTSP Camera Example around 2016 but never got around to reading NALs from a file - I just ported an inefficient mini H264 encoder and wrote a Test Image class.
So your project has been really interesting to me.

As well as being a SharpRTSP developer, I also am co-author of Yellowstone (NodeJS RTSP Client library) so I've used your RTSP Server to test Yellowstone receiving H266 video.

So just wanted to say thank you for this project. It has been really handy.

And I'm glad you found my work useful - now I hope I interpreted the RFC correctly :-) Yellowstone looks great as well, I'll be sure to try it out! Thank you!!!
