[BUG] Set service.name to reflect the name of the agents

🐛 Bug Description

Currently we hardcode kagent in the OpenTelemetry service.name resource attribute.

🔄 Steps To Reproduce

1. Deploy kagent w/ traces enabled
2. Check traces

🤔 Expected Behavior

We should have the actual name of the agent in service.name, so we follow OTel conventions and are easier to integrate with.

📱 Actual Behavior

Currently we hardcode kagent in the OpenTelemetry service.name resource attribute.
