Put helpful guidance in the place of the old screen off checkbox on options screen #1947

Maybe we should do more for the people transitioning to expert mode for screen off stuff. If they go looking for the screen off checkbox in options they won't find anything anymore. We could put something like this on the options screen where it used to be
This key map cannot be detected when the screen is off because the trigger was not recorded with Expert Mode.
Re-record the trigger with Expert Mode to enable screen-off remapping.
And an 'Enable Expert Mode' button, only if have not enabled it yet. Otherwise no button at all
