Feature: Make TestPlan prefix configurable via ENV #56
Description
As of now we hard-code a "[JUnit] " prefix for TestPlan and TestRun names. This is for visual indication in webUI where the artifacts came from. For any number of reasons we may want to change this prefix, for example:
- reporting results from several automation test runs into the same TestPlan, maybe created by hand, e.g. from iOS and Android app.
