[Bug] Cannot add destination

Description

Browsing to a destination and hitting select does not populate the Destination Path.
Manually entering a Destination Path is not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click browse destination
2. Click on 'Select'
3. See error

Expected Behavior

Populate the Destination Path

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Environment
