Sidebar items are not navigating to their respective sections

Description

In https://layer5.io/cloud-native-management/meshery/getting-started the sidebar navigation items, such as Install, do not navigate to their corresponding sections when clicked.

Expected Behavior

Clicking a sidebar item should navigate or scroll to the corresponding section on the page.
