"Listing" and "Program" use inconsistency

In 1.3.2 Readability, body text refers to "Listing 1" which is captioned as "Program 1" and anchored in the page as "#code-1"

Thanks for mentioning this. We changed Listing 1 to Program 1 to avoid inconsistancy!
