Overview

This is a follow-up task to refactor the logic that produces recommendations currently implemented on the search recommendation UI in Studio.

Description and outcomes

• We need to extract the logic that produces recommendations into a utility function that can be used for preloading, and also in other areas that need recommended content.

Acceptance Criteria

• The refactor doesn't introduce any regressions
