Add support for Kotlin in Gradle workspaces

Running the command lfr init doesn't work and doesn't display any message. But running the equivalent llfr x initBundle, show stracktraces as the build is not working.

So it would be nice to see how Kotlin can be supported in Liferay workspaces and potentially add a flag when creating a workspace to choose between Java and Kotlin.
