docs: remove optional parameters info and add Discord CTAs

- Removed optional parameters (api_url, batch_size, ideal_batch_item_size, fast) from documentation
- Added Discord community CTA at the beginning and end of README
- Simplified configuration examples to show only required api_key parameter
- Updated all method parameter documentation to remove optional indicators
