Reproduce steps:
- Login to Linksys Now.
- Go to Dashboard / Home.
- Look at the "Network Status" widget → IPV6 field.
Actual result:
It shows the link-local address fe80::7612:13ff:fe21:5394 (scope link).
Backend (serial console, ip -6 addr) confirms WAN interface eth0 actually holds a global IPv6:
2401:e180:8801:d79d:7612:13ff:fe21:5394/64 scope global — but the widget displays the fe80:: link-local one instead.
Expected result:
The widget should show the WAN global (routable) IPv6 address, not the link-local fe80:: address.
