Dashboard: Network Status widget shows the link-local IPv6 (fe80::) instead of the WAN global IPv6 address. #1128

Description

@kateatlinksys

Reproduce steps:

  1. Login to Linksys Now.
  2. Go to Dashboard / Home.
  3. Look at the "Network Status" widget → IPV6 field.

Actual result:
It shows the link-local address fe80::7612:13ff:fe21:5394 (scope link).
Backend (serial console, ip -6 addr) confirms WAN interface eth0 actually holds a global IPv6:
2401:e180:8801:d79d:7612:13ff:fe21:5394/64 scope global — but the widget displays the fe80:: link-local one instead.

Expected result:
The widget should show the WAN global (routable) IPv6 address, not the link-local fe80:: address.

Env.: M60DU-EU / Pinnacle 2.0 FW 1.2.2.26062820 / Linksys Now 2.5.0.700525
