Add Fcitx5 support

So Fcitx4 is countdown,not Fcitx5.

Yes, update to FCITX5 would be a very good news.

For up to date users with proper FCITX5 configuration, mintlocale is very dangerous because mintlocale destroy FCITX5 configuration replacing it by FCITX as soon as an Asian language is configured.
