Google Play requirement: App must support 16 KB memory page sizes

Google Play will require to support 16 KB memory page sizes. When building our app we get this warning from livekit sdk:

`Plugin 'Packages/io.livekit.livekit-sdk/Runtime/Plugins/ffi-android-arm64/liblivekit_ffi.so' is not 16KB-aligned. This may cause issues on ARM64 devices running Android 15+. More info: https://developer.android.com/guide/practices/page-sizes.`
