Undefined Chapters after updating

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select previously downloaded novel
2. Update the said novel

Expected Behavior

It should update no problem

Actual Behavior

Instead, it will become empty with the 'undefined chapter' message below. Might be due to it being from a paged format being updated to the normal list format.
