[Feature]: random unrestricted clutter-reduction #210

What's the request?
unlike the more highfalutin feature development in issue #209, these are a handful of relatively simple shortening/condition changes that should help reduce clutter in unrestricted, where tourguide can be completely daunting (as is noted in crotha's issue in #203)
- keep the "put on your DSH" tile visible, but remove the 2 line enumeration of what buff is coming from the DSH to save space. still visible in the hoverover, and it's 2-3 lines that is not needed in a supernag.
- if the user has sufficient shinies (probably just an ownership check on model train set + nep), hide commerce ghost tile in unrestricted. now that patriotic eagle exists it's just a total waste of time to do that at all
- if the user has BOFA, remove the gnat subtile re: demon summoning, as BOFA provides a considerably easier route to getting it if you even care to do it
- boombox tile is fine to have a 2 turn visibility window in aftercore, but in-run it is a complete waste of time. there are myriad better things to do with your spleen than nightmare fuel and special seasoning does not matter for turngen in virtually any path anymore. going to muddle with the logic so it only shows when the next turn is a boombox reward turn, so it isn't just stuck up there for a bunch of turns.
- the turn in garbage quest within dinseyland should not appear in-run, no idea what the point of that was lol
- autumn-aton needs a small refactor. it ends up being a very very large tile early in-run and is kind of a PITA. three lines is fine, 10-15 is not. probably just needs a good dose of hoverover stuff.
