L_PREFER_CANVAS support

Hi,
when i set L_PREFER_CANVAS to true, the fillpattern doesn't work.
Do you have a workaround for that problem?

This is pure SVG plugin, that has no canvas support. There is no workaround because this is how this plugin was designed.
