resolve of import does not seem to work.

I'm using Atom 1.14.4 
and have package atom-typescript 10.1.15 installed with angular-2 0.2.6.

When in an @angular/cli project, resolve of import just doesn't work.
No errors are shown (as far as I can tell), maybe there is a log file that I can check?
I'm on a windows 10-machine.
