Description (*)

This PR fixes a Magento installation failure: 'Unable to apply data patch Magento\Catalog\Setup\Patch\Data\UpdateProductUrlKeyBackendModel for module Magento_Catalog. Original exception message: Attribute with ID: "url_key" does not exist'

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

We have to tried to reproduce the issue by installing 2.4-develop instance and we are able to install the instance successfully.Could you please let us know for which version you were facing the issue.
