Google says Mautrix-Manager's browser (on Windows) is not secure when logging into Google Voice

When attempting to log in to a Google account using Mautrix-Manager on Windows, I get the following error:

Couldn't sign you in

This browser or app may not be secure.

This is a new error/issue. I have previously logged into two Google Voice bridges and an Instagram one successfully using Mautrix-Manager. I added a third Google Voice bridge and attempting to log in throws the error noted above.

This issue only affects Gmail accounts, not Workspace accounts. I can login to my Workspace account using Manager, but not any of my Gmail accounts.
