Two identical definitions of MCUBOOT_SWAP_USING_SCRATCH occur in bootutil_priv.h and bootutil_area.c. This commit removes the duplicate in bootutil_area.c. Signed-off-by: kkrentz <konrad.krentz@gmail.com>
