Support Composer

Currently I can totally add a composer repository to my composer.json file, but it would be super handy if mdbitz would manage the tags for us per version... example 1.1.1 so that we can automatically get the newest version and do dependency management etc without having make sure we are in the know on a new update.

Hi @gisostallenberg if you do a PR I'll review and merge it in. I'll need to get tagging, etc setup and also need to get OAuth support enabled which will bump the version as well.

@mdbitz I found gridonic/hapi to be useful for my purposes. It is inspired on your library, but has better namespacing and is in composer already. I will save myself the work of doing this all over again.
