Add the ability to configure LLM via BedRock

Cant connect LAB to Bedrock to provide LLM functionality.

Yes, sorry, poor on my part... I should've detailed this more.

Being able to configure LLM via BedRock as a provider would be handy, I have Anthropic Max and BedRock at my disposal, neither can be used currently.

Ideally role based is preferred but there is also STM API key option - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/api-keys.html

Just a thought, appreciate any feedback or discussion on the topic.
