Deprecation warning on direct usage of List attribute

I'm seeing these warnings in the console for the custom dropdown widget:

DEPRECATED: direct usage of List attribute "122.Layouts.CompanyNavigationBar.customDropdown3//firstLabelDefaultValue" as a function, use .get() instead -- will be removed in version: 10.0 mxui.js:66:22491

Presumably this should be fixed before Mendix 10.

Which version of the widget are you using? the 2.2.0 release should have solved this if I'm right
