[BUG] [iOS App] Filter for contacts is shown but is not asserted

Problem

List of contacts shows a search criteria but the entire list of contacts is shown

Versions

MeshCore App: v1.49.0
Platform: iOS 26.6 on iPhone 15 Pro
MeshCore Device: Heltec V4 companion on 1.14.1

How to Reproduce

1. Connect to a Companion that has many contacts
2. With Filter set to A-Z and All enter several characters in the search field that will qualify some number of nodes
3. Swipe to another application so Meshcore app is in background
4. Reboot the Companion device
5. Bring up Meshcore app. It will reconnect to the Companion.
6. Note that the search field has your search criteria in it. Note that the list of contacts is not filtered.

Note that at this point if I add one more character to the search characters that will reassert the search correctly.

Expected Behavior

When the Meshcore app is brought up and reconnects it should either

a. Assert the filter search box
b. Clear the filter search box

Why is this a problem?

I often use the search box to filter my contacts. I then go about my business, moving far enough away from my Companion so that it is not connected. After some time I am back near my Companion. I bring up the Meshcore app, it syncs contacts and I see my filter criteria but also see that it is not being used to filter the list. I have to clear the search box and enter the search characters again.

Hey there, thanks for the report!

This has been fixed, and will be included in v1.50.0 of the MeshCore App.

The internal search state was being cleared when connecting to a new node, or reconnecting to the existing node, but the search bar itself was not being cleared. It will now clear the search bar correctly.
