Device Search/Discovery Issue

Hi there,

First, thank you for developing this standalone plugin! I am trying to use it to connect directly to my radio, but I am encountering an issue where the plugin cannot discover or search for my Meshtastic device.

The Problem:

• When I go to the Connection tab and scan, my Meshtastic device does not show up in the list.
• The official Meshtastic Android app connects and works with the device perfectly on the same phone.
• I have verified that all system permissions (Location, Bluetooth/Nearby Devices, etc.) are fully granted to both ATAK and the Meshtastic Plugin.

My Environment:

• Phone Model: Google Pixel 10 Pro
• Android Version: Android 17
• ATAK Version: ATAK-CIV 5.7.0.10
• Plugin Version: 1.0 / latest release version]
• Meshtastic Hardware & Firmware: RAK19003 Base board with RAK4631
• Connection Type: Bluetooth (BLE) and USB-Serial

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

• Confirmed that Bluetooth is turned on.
• [If using BLE] I ensured the official Meshtastic App was completely closed/force-stopped so it wouldn't monopolize the BLE connection, but the plugin still can't find it.
• Unpaired/paired the device from Android system Bluetooth settings to see if it made a difference.

Are there any specific logs or steps I can provide to help troubleshoot why the plugin's scan is coming up empty? Thank you!
