Replace netifaces (archived) by netifaces2

[x] Fix the code in `net.py` (seems ok with [this commit](https://github.com/metwork-framework/mfutil/commit/1668250ae0ad41333de8c6824437de75209a7186))
[x] Replace `netifaces` by `netifaces2` in `requirements.txt`
[ ] Do the same in `python3@mfext` for usage in Metwork
