unable to find transfers.txt

I downloaded all datasets from the posted links, but neither of them contains transfers.txt. Does this mean we should write our own data_preprocess.py to first generate valid datasets?

transfers.txt is unlabeled data available for a given task. For instance, you can use only the text in the training files (without the labels) as the transfer file for any task.
